Our client, a fast-paced full-service advertising agency, is looking for a Senior
Designer with strong production skills—especially in
print, OOH, and event collateral work—to join their collaborative creative team. This is a hybrid role (on-site a few days/week in the Fort Lauderdale area) with long-term potential, perfect for a detail-oriented designer who thrives on bringing big ideas to life across multiple touchpoints.
In this role, you’ll partner closely with the Creative Director and cross-functional teams to concept, design, and execute integrated campaigns, digital assets, and high-impact print materials—from brochures and bus wraps to billboards and custom large-scale signage. The ideal candidate has a strong agency background, experience in production design, and a sharp eye for clean, compelling layouts that aligns with brand standards. Advanced knowledge of print production and mechanical file setup is a must.
Responsibilities:- Design and produce omni-channel creative for campaigns across print, digital, and large-scale formats—including billboards, bus wraps, signage, social media content, email campaigns, brochures, and more
- Build and finalize mechanicals for both print and digital release; ensure files meet specifications for large-format and custom OOH executions
- Extend existing brand systems into new layouts while maintaining consistency and clarity
- Partner with creative leadership and internal teams to concept and execute work that is visually engaging, brand-right, and strategically sound
- Support production across all phases—from initial concept to release—ensuring all materials meet quality and technical standards
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-moving, deadline-driven environment
Required Qualifications:- 4+ years of professional design and print production experience, ideally within an ad agency or in-house creative environment
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality work across digital and print-heavy campaigns, OOH, and large-format pieces
- Proven expertise in print production and mechanical file setup, especially for non-standard formats and materials
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator); Slack. Skills In Figma is a bonus
- Excellent typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, time management, and a collaborative mindset
- Must be available for hybrid work (on-site several days/week) and open to long-term, full-time potential
