Job Description

The Telephone Support Specialist is responsible for delivering high-quality customer service through phone interactions. This role involves responding to incoming calls, troubleshooting issues, providing product or service information, and resolving customer concerns. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support: Answer incoming calls from customers, providing prompt and courteous service.
Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve customer issues related to products or services. Escalate complex problems to higher-level support when necessary.
Product/Service Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Documentation: Record and document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the company's CRM system.
Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of issues.
Technical Support: Provide basic technical support for customers experiencing issues with the company's products or services.
Quality Assurance: Adhere to company standards and procedures for customer interactions, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Feedback: Collect and relay customer feedback to relevant departments for continuous improvement of products and services.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall service delivery.

Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Some positions may require an associate or bachelor's degree in a related field.
Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred.

Skills:
Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer skills.
Problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
