TAP Engineering (TAP) is seeking a resourceful and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter to manage the full cycle of recruiting for high-profile programs that have an important bearing on national security.
The Recruiter will create job descriptions and ads for positions, find and screen potential new hires, and assist with interviews and selection. They will use career websites and personal networks to locate prospective employees, contact individuals for interviews, assess and analyze candidates for employment, and assist in the final hiring process. In addition, the Recruiter will also assist with organizational needs as seen fit.

Job Responsibilities: - Recruiting - Develop & market job requisitions; source & screen candidates; coordinate interviews with hiring managers; write job offers; negotiate candidate offer packages; support new employee onboarding.
- Marketing - Develop & execute a corporate branding & marketing strategy (i.e. social media, website, print media, etc.) – this may include planning and attending local industry events to represent TAP that may occur after normal business hours
- Employee Engagement - Act as a point of contact to support current TAP employee questions/issues; Support the planning and execution of company team-building and social events (~monthly)
- General Administrative Support (as required)
Required Qualifications: - Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Strong recruiting, sourcing and marketing fundamentals with demonstrated success driving results and achieving hiring goals
- Ability to operate and solve complex problems independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- U.S. Citizenship
