  • Position Summary
    Serve as the technical leader for pipeline integrity management, providing oversight across operations, inspection, and regulatory compliance for over 500 miles of midstream infrastructure. Drive the long-term strategy for pipeline safety and reliability while actively supporting short-term execution alongside operations and maintenance teams. Act as a central figure in cross-functional coordination among regulatory, commercial, and technical stakeholders to ensure alignment on safety, inspection, and repair priorities.

    R esponsibilities

    • Manage integrity and maintenance programs to ensure asset reliability and community safety, including inspection coordination, anomaly resolution, and damage mechanism analysis.
    • Represent the company in audits and regulatory interactions, ensuring compliance with all state and federal standards, including timely permitting and documentation.
    • Provide technical oversight on pipeline repairs, replacements, and new installations, leveraging metallurgical insights and performance data to drive continuous improvement.
    • Maintain detailed knowledge of pipeline systems to enable creative operational solutions that prevent downtime and optimize throughput at key facilities.
    • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to align pipeline usage and development goals, leading cross-functional initiatives and budget planning efforts.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Materials, or related engineering discipline.
    • Minimum of 15 years' experience in pipeline integrity management within the energy or petrochemical sector.
    • Strong working knowledge of federal regulations, particularly 49 CFR 192 Subpart O and 49 CFR 195.450 & 195.452, and familiarity with standards from PHMSA, API, ASME, and NACE.
    • Demonstrated expertise in integrity assessments, risk analysis, fitness-for-service evaluations, and mitigation strategy development.
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence decision-making across technical and business teams.
    • Professional Engineering (P.E.) certification is preferred but not required.
