Position Overview
We’re looking for a creative, organized, and proactive Social Media Intern who’s passionate about digital storytelling. Your primary responsibility will be posting and managing content across key platforms— TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn —to help TalentLNX grow brand awareness, showcase our voice, and support recruiting and business development campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Create and post content regularly to TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, and LinkedIn
Collaborate on short-form video clips, graphics, carousels, and captions
Maintain a consistent posting schedule using social media management tools
Monitor trends, engagement, and performance metrics for each platform
Repurpose existing content into fresh formats (PDFs, videos, quote cards, etc.)
Stay informed on best practices for audience engagement and content performance
Assist with campaigns related to hiring needs and recruitment marketing
Qualifications
Strong communication skills and a passion for content creation
Familiar with TikTok trends, Reels/Shorts, and platform-specific voice/tone
Experience with Canva or other content design tools
Comfortable working independently and meeting weekly deadlines
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience managing or growing social accounts (personal or professional)
Familiarity with analytics tools and engagement tracking
Understanding of healthcare, recruiting, or professional services branding
A witty, creative tone with the ability to stay on-brand
