We're now seeking a Social Media Intern to help elevate our digital presence across multiple platforms.

Position Overview

We’re looking for a creative, organized, and proactive Social Media Intern who’s passionate about digital storytelling. Your primary responsibility will be posting and managing content across key platforms— TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn —to help TalentLNX grow brand awareness, showcase our voice, and support recruiting and business development campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and post content regularly to TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, and LinkedIn

  • Collaborate on short-form video clips, graphics, carousels, and captions

  • Maintain a consistent posting schedule using social media management tools

  • Monitor trends, engagement, and performance metrics for each platform

  • Repurpose existing content into fresh formats (PDFs, videos, quote cards, etc.)

  • Stay informed on best practices for audience engagement and content performance

  • Assist with campaigns related to hiring needs and recruitment marketing



Requirements

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills and a passion for content creation

  • Familiar with TikTok trends, Reels/Shorts, and platform-specific voice/tone

  • Experience with Canva or other content design tools

  • Comfortable working independently and meeting weekly deadlines

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience managing or growing social accounts (personal or professional)

  • Familiarity with analytics tools and engagement tracking

  • Understanding of healthcare, recruiting, or professional services branding

  • A witty, creative tone with the ability to stay on-brand
