Job Description

Syarah is on a mission to change how people buy their cars in Saudi and the Middle East. We offer buyers an end-to-end digital car buying experience where they can buy their next car from the comfort of their living rooms. Under the hood, we build systems to manage the sourcing of cars, inspection, photography, merchandising, reconditioning, financing, insurance, shipping, and many more. he sales employee is the person concerned with implementing the sales goals within the company receiving all directions from the supervisor or his direct manager and working to implement them accurately, and therefore he is the executive circle in the field of sales. 

Responsibilities:

  1. Engage with potential customers and guide them through the buying process.

  2. Clearly explain the features and specifications of available vehicles.

  3. Outline the steps required to complete the car purchase process.

  4. Address customer inquiries regarding vehicles and the purchase procedure.

  5. Escort customers to inspect and test vehicles.

  6. Collect and process necessary documents between the customer, showroom, and finance company.

  7. Negotiate car prices and trade-in values for customer vehicles.

  8. Coordinate with management and vehicle owners to finalize sales procedures.

  9. Negotiate purchase prices with suppliers to maximize company profits.

  10. Follow up with previous customers to ensure satisfaction with their vehicles and address any concerns.

Requirements

  1. Professional appearance. 

  2. Excellent persuasive verbal communication skills. 

  3. Time management skills and willingness to take the initiative. 

  4. Knowledge of the automotive industry and technical aspects of vehicles. 

  5. Good knowledge of the basics of selling and negotiation. 

  6. 3-5 years of previous sales or customer service experience is preferred. 

  7. Computer skills and Microsoft Office skills. 

  8. Proficiency in English is essential.
