This role will also support the surrounding ecosystem of business applications—including CPQ, marketing automation, and billing tools—ensuring seamless integration and optimization across departments. The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for understanding and improving user experience, automating processes, and creating scalable solutions that enhance operational efficiency and support ImageTrend's long-term objectives.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide CRM administration support, including work to configure, support, maintain, and enhance Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud instances

  • Serve as a key point of contact for internal Salesforce-related questions, troubleshooting, and training
  • Partner with Sales, Revenue Operations, Customer Success and other cross-functional teams as needed to improve pipeline visibility, forecasting, and account management workflows
  • Support integration and accurate data flow between Salesforce and adjacent systems such as monday.com, DealHub or other integrated tools in the tech stack
  • Handle cross-functional application management, including administering and supporting related business applications, including DealHub CPQ, Gong, ZoomInfo, Hubspot, MS Business Central, NetSuite, VersaPay and other tools as applicable
  • Lead or support small-scale and special projects to enhance integrations, eliminate manual handoffs, and automate business processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, build solutions, and drive adoption across teams
  • Create and maintain documentation for systems, processes, and training materials
  • Assist as needed to address system upgrades, troubleshoot integrations, or developing custom solutions based on changing business needs
  • Travel to orientation, industry or company events, or onsite meetings as required.
  • Perform additional duties or tasks assigned.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • Salesforce Admin Certification, preferably Advanced Admin or Platform App Builder certifications
  • Proven professional Salesforce administration experience, preferably in a high-growth SaaS environment
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics (formerly Tableau CRM), or other similar tools
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce automation tools, such as Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules and other relevant applications
  • Familiarity with CPQ tools, preferably DealHub
  • Strong technical aptitude and experience working with cross-functional systems and tech stack used by Sales, Marketing, or Finance teams, preferably with exposure to Monday.com, NetSuite, HubSpot, Zapier or other similar technologies
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to identify areas for improvement to help elevate and accelerate organizational results
  • Time management skills, the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment and can adjust to changing priorities
  • Attention to detail and analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to be a proactive self-starter and work independently within a highly collaborative and team-oriented environment
  • Ability to maintain discretion when handling proprietary and confidential information
  • Enthusiasm for learning and expanding knowledge or skills
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, honesty, collaboration and team orientation
  • Ability to travel as required, up to 10%
