Job Summary

We are seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer with a strong focus on frontend development in React to help scale and enhance our global Voice Platform. This platform empowers enterprises and partners to manage telephony infrastructure worldwide. You’ll play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining backend services while collaborating cross-functionally to build full-stack features that deliver value to our customers.

We’re looking for engineers who are excited about solving complex problems at scale, building high-performance distributed systems, and contributing across the stack when needed.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to design and build intuitive, high-performance user interfaces using React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.

  • Implement responsive, accessible, and scalable frontend components that enhance the user experience across our SaaS platform.

  • Connect frontend applications to backend services using well-structured RESTful APIs and contribute to defining API contracts.

  • Work closely with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and designs into functional and polished features.

  • Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architecture planning, with a focus on frontend performance and maintainability.

  • Contribute to observability and monitoring of frontend performance (e.g., Core Web Vitals, user session tracking).

  • Help drive Agile processes (Scrum/Kanban), contributing to sprint planning, estimations, and retrospectives.

  • Support backend development (primarily in Golang) when needed, particularly in building services that integrate tightly with the frontend.

  • Maintain technical documentation and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.

Qualifications and Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional software development experience.

  • 3+ years of experience with React building production-ready web applications.

  • Solid understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.

  • Familiarity with backend integration, including experience working with RESTful APIs and contributing to API design.

  • Experience with SQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and basic backend services (preferably in Golang).

  • Strong focus on frontend performance, accessibility, and usability.

  • Comfortable working in a remote-first, cross-functional team environment.

What We Offer

  • 100% Remote Work: Enjoy the freedom to work from the location that helps you thrive. All it takes is a laptop and a reliable internet connection.

  • Highly Competitive USD Pay: Earn an excellent, market-leading compensation in USD, that goes beyond typical market offerings.

  • Paid Time Off: We value your well-being. Our paid time off policies ensure you have the chance to unwind and recharge when needed.

  • Work with Autonomy: Enjoy the freedom to manage your time as long as the work gets done. Focus on results, not the clock.

  • Work with Top American Companies: Grow your expertise working on innovative, high-impact projects with Industry-Leading U.S. Companies.

Why You’ll Like Working Here

  • A Culture That Values You: We prioritize well-being and work-life balance, offering engagement activities and fostering dynamic teams to ensure you thrive both personally and professionally.

  • Diverse, Global Network: Connect with over 600 professionals in 25+ countries, expand your network, and collaborate with a multicultural team from Latin America.
