We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Remote Call Center Agent to join our growing team at Strata Information Technology. As a Remote Call Center Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and emails from customers, providing efficient and professional service by addressing their inquiries, concerns, and technical issues
- Accurately log customer interactions and maintain detailed records in our CRM system
- Identify and escalate complex issues and provide follow-up communication to ensure timely resolution
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience and provide feedback to the team
- Continuously stay updated on Strata Information Technology's products and services to effectively assist customers
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including data privacy and security guidelines
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree is a plus
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service or technical support role
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with a strong ability to empathize and build rapport
- Proficient in using computer systems and able to navigate multiple applications simultaneously
- Familiarity with CRM systems and call center software is a plus
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings
