Pay Rate/Range: $95,000 - $110,000
Description:
The Production Manager will be responsible for planning and coordinating all production activities to ensure the company meets its production targets. This role requires efficient organization and prioritization of daily tasks to accomplish goals while coordinating and scheduling work across various departments. The manager is expected to uphold the highest standards of quality and excellence in all processes and individual performance, taking personal ownership to ensure the team consistently delivers high-quality, defect-free products. Additionally, the Production Manager will lead shift and department supervisors in executing the manufacturing process according to work instructions and company policies, ensuring timely delivery of quality products. Responsibilities also include completing production plans by scheduling and assigning personnel, setting priorities, and reporting processing results through personnel production summaries.
Job Requirements:
High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
5+ years of progressive aviation manufacturing experience
Experience leading teams and promoting great cultures.
Job Type: Direct Hire - Onsite in Wichita, KS
Shift/Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7am-5pm
