Ready to escalate your career to the next level? Raytheon-Rafael Area Protection Systems LLC (R2S) is searching for an innovative Material Planning Specialist to join our enthusiastic Operations & Production Facilities team.

Your Mission: Dive into the world of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) within manufacturing, employ data-driven strategies to improve forecasting, and collaborate charmingly with cross-disciplinary teams. You'll develop accurate schedules for our MRP deliveries and ensure timely performance, maintaining data integrity and aligning supply with demand to meet contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze, track, and report material availability
• Coordinate Kit Readiness with cross-functional teams
• Oversee the release and confirmation of production orders
• Facilitate the kitting process across various teams
• Offer production floor support and manage part replacements
• Ensure noncompliant materials are properly handled and disposed of
• Keep track of shop floor, MRP, and inventory systems integrity
• Contribute to a variety of position-related tasks as needed

Basic Traits You Bring:

• Degree with 8 years or advanced degree with 5 years of related experience
• Background in planning, scheduling, production control, etc.
• Mastery of Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
• Exceptional communicative prowess and interpersonal skills
• US citizenship with the ability to secure a government security clearance

Stand-Out Qualities:

• Active Secret Clearance
• Expertise in government contracting, IFS ERP tool
• Proficient usage of MS Office

Workplace: Our headquarters in Camden, AR with occasional travels to Arlington, VA.
