Machine Operator wanted for company in Parsippany!

Pay: Starting at $25+ / Hr DOE

Duties/ Responsibilities:

• Operate manufacturing equipment to produce products as per production plan.
• Responsible for equipment set-up and operation of machinery to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
• Ensure completed products are handled safely and packaged to proper specifications.
• Responsible for inspection of completed products to ensure they meet customer requirements and are free of defects.
• Maintains a clean work area.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Key Skills and Competencies:

• Basic understanding in use of hand tools for maintenance of industrial machinery.
• Safety oriented mindset
• Ability to understand and interpret production plan so production goals are reached
• Writing, Reading and Oral Communication Skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior experience preferred but not necessary
