CMG Home Loans is hiring a licensed LOAwho will provide support to Loan Officers in the Medford, OR Branch by ensuring timely closing of loan files via communication with operations staff and customers. Must be comfortable speaking with customers on a daily basis and experience structuring files for pre-approvals.

Active NMLS Required 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Request disclosures
• Structure loan files for pre-approval
• Will calculate income and run number for loans to make sure viable
• Work with complicated tax returns
• Open escrow, collect fees and order preliminary title report
• Order appraisals
• Collect and review client documentation
• Review income analysis from the Loan Officer
• Submit loans documentation to processing (Submission form, Intent to proceed, LDP/GSA, Net Tangible)
• Gather Loan Agent PTD and PTF conditions
• Submit requests for Rapid Rescores

Qualifications and Experience:

• 4+ years of experience in the mortgage industry
• Experience structuring loans for pre-approval
• Must have Active NMLS License 
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong knowledge of mortgage industry and terminology
• Experience with Byte and other LOS software preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral
• Ability to work in a fast-paced fluid environment.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality required

PHYSICAL and ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS

This role operates in an ADA compliant office environment, utilizing typical office equipment and tasks including computer work. The position may involve partial stationary positions and moving throughout the day. Flexibility to work overtime to meet project deadlines is required.

Base Compensation Information – CMG pays a competitive base which ranges from $17.50 to $23.50 per hour plus bonus per loan. Factors that affect base salary may include:Loan Officer Assistant, processing experience, overall knowledge of mortgage, number of years worked in mortgage industry, computer skills, customer service experience specific to working with mortgage lenders, and education.
