Position: IT Recruiter - Staffing Agency 
Location: Remote - candidates must be located in PA
Work Authorization: W2 only 

LingaTech is hiring an experienced Technology Recruiter who is accustomed to working in a fast-paced staffing agency environment. We are looking for technical recruiters who have recent experience supporting VMS accounts.

LingaTech is a growing yet well-established technology staffing and solutions company seeking a Technical Recruiter to add to our growing team. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for all aspects of the recruiting process and will work to recruit and place a wide range of technical skill sets for our client’s project and staffing needs.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, submit, and extend offers to candidates for contract and permanent placement with our VMS clients.
  • Identify potential candidates for the job requirements provided by the clients using job boards, employee referrals,  ATS, and other available recruiting tools. 
  • Conduct the screening process with the potential candidates through virtual interviews, reference checking to determine the suitability and interest of candidates, and provide the candidates with information on the position, the client, and our company.
  • Present job opportunities to qualified candidates and negotiate employment terms with the candidates including benefits, PTO, and salary requirements.
  • Ensure the candidate’s qualifications meet the client’s needs.
  • Ensure that candidates are thoroughly vetted by our internal technical resources to validate that their skills and experience are the right fit for our clients.
  • Prepare candidates to ensure they understand the client interview process and the requirements of the positions in which they are interviewing.
  • Extends verbal offers of employment to candidates in consultation with the account managers and human resources and within the guidelines of the company’s compensation and benefits offerings.
  • Ensure all paperwork and documentation are completed properly for all candidates throughout the recruiting process.
  • Prepare and format resumes.
  • Manage and coordinate all communication with candidates throughout the Recruitment, Selection, and Hiring Cycle.
  • Follow up with account management after a candidate is placed to obtain information about the placement, client, and employee satisfaction, and other details that will assist in future recruiting activities.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough details through documentation within our applicant tracking system (ATS) and other candidate databases.
  • Partner with Corp-to-Corp vendors when necessary. 

Qualifications:

  • Must have 5 + years of full lifecycle recruiting in information technology/ IT. 
  • Must have 3 + years of staffing agency experience
  • Must have 2 + years of experience supporting VMS accounts. 
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organized. 
  • Must follow strict compliance regulations, keeping the systems (ATS, candidate tracker, etc.) updated in real time. 
  • Proven ability to deliver top talent with a high sense of urgency and short turnaround times.
  • Must be goal-driven and a self-starter. We encourage entrepreneurial thinking!
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and other recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Effective problem-solving and the ability to multitask and work on multiple requirements at one time.
  • Knowledge of the full lifecycle recruiting processes, including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, negotiating, assessing, job analysis, relationship management, and due diligence.
  • Attention to detail and follow-up with candidates and clients are essential to success as a recruiter.
  • Must be willing to accept feedback and positive coaching on performance.
  • Computer skills include basic word processing, Internet search, spreadsheets, recruiting tools such as applicant tracking systems, job boards, and services such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
