About the Role
As an Insurance Agent, you'll take a consultative approach to growing a book of business with both existing and prospective clients. You'll have the autonomy to manage your schedule, establish a client base, and build lasting relationships, all while enjoying the support and resources needed to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
Educate clients on insurance products and services that meet their needs.
Diversify income through a portfolio that includes property & casualty, life, and health insurance.
Collaborate with financial advisors to offer clients a range of financial products and services.
Build and manage your own office and team to support business growth.
Develop and maintain strong relationships within your community to drive referrals and new business.

Qualifications
Required:
Ability to obtain a Property & Casualty State Insurance License.*
Ability to obtain a Life & Health State Insurance License.*
Preferred:
Series 6/63 licenses.
Accredited Asset Management Specialist (AAMS).
Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Certified Financial Planner (CFP).
Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC).
Bachelor's degree.
2+ years of experience in the insurance or financial services industry.
5+ years of business ownership or managerial experience.
*Licenses are not required to apply; however, candidates must be able to obtain them before securing a contract.
