Our work depends on Systems Administrator joining our team to manage and maintain program desktop IT systems. How an Information Management Support Administrator will make an impact: + Provide Tier I, Tier II, and Tier III technical support for GFE, including laptops, printers, monitors, and zero clients. + Manage hardware and software inventories, including tracking, shipping, receiving, and coordinating with overseas sites. + Process software installation requests and associated licenses, coordinating with the Network Enterprise Center (NEC) and GEF as needed. + Perform software and hardware upgrades on GFE, ensuring compatibility and security. + Maintain accurate inventory documentation for all GEF-related hardware. + Track GEF-related IT requirements from receipt to issuance, coordinating with NETCOM G-4 and G-3 stakeholders. + Support NETCOM G-3 with physical inventories, asset issuance, transfers, and turn-ins. + Assist with the imaging and re-imaging of GFE assets worldwide. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
