Job Description
Our client, an insurance company based in Aventura, FL is seeking a Graphic Designer to join their team. The Graphic Designer should have experience across print and digital with excellent PowerPoint and Photoshop skills. This role is on-site 5 days a week in Aventura, FL, contract-to-hire, and 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
- Create, produce, and edit PowerPoint presentations, brochures, web banners, page layouts, and other marketing collateral
- Work directly with the Marketing and Sales team in a fast-paced and quick turnaround environment to create, produce, and edit PowerPoint presentations, brochures, flyers, signage, product packaging, forms, event invites, web banners, website prototypes / page layouts, and other marketing collateral using a variety of high-end graphics and imagery
- Apply strong and sophisticated photo retouch and graphic design principles (i.e., layout, imagery, typography, etc.) to communicate themes and messages for a high-end/luxury clientele
- Support day-to-day operations of the company's multi-channel marketing and business development initiatives, including email, social media, presentations
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities to meet deadlines, budgets and deliver high-quality work
- Create and schedule compelling graphic content for Instagram, Linked In, Vimeo, YouTube, and Facebook and stays up to date on social media trends and emerging platforms
- Create and schedule weekly email newsletters and marketing campaigns using Mailchimp
- Work closely with external vendors to ensure consistency of brand/visual language across all product initiatives
- Assists the team with creating strategies for client acquisition / lead generation, engagement strategies and other advertising campaigns
- UI Design: Produce graphic elements and complete page layouts for corporate website and coordinate directly with the web development team to ensure pages are developed and published according to branding corporate standards
Qualifications:- 3-5 years of professional experience in graphic and presentation design
- Expertise in using PowerPoint to ensure consistency in the look, feel, and voice of internal and external presentations
- Microsoft Office: PowerPoint (intermediate to expert proficiency) Word, and Excel
- Adobe Creative Suite: Intermediate to expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite — InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop a MUST
- Social Media & Networking: Produce graphics and upload to LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and/or Vimeo. Monitor engagement.
- Email Marketing: Mailchimp and Hubspot
- Intermediate to expert WordPress
- Google Analytics & Google AdWords a plus
