Job Title: Content Creator (TikTok & Reels Expert)

About the Role:
We're looking for a sharp, culturally dialed-in Content Creator who knows their way around CapCut, thrives in TikTok and Instagram Reels, and can concept and execute social content that punches through the noise. If you scroll with purpose, edit with precision, and live at the intersection of culture, comedy, and trend cycles, keep reading.

Responsibilities:

• Concept and execute short-form social video content from ideation to post (with a heavy focus on CapCut editing and native app functionality).

• Stay ahead of emerging trends across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and broader creator culture, then creatively adapt them for brand use.

• Pitch creative content ideas at both a holistic campaign level (big picture) and a granular day-to-day level (individual posts).

• Collaborate closely with strategy, creative, and brand teams to ensure alignment with voice, goals, and objectives.

• Create templates or repeatable content formats that can be scaled across platforms.

• Appear on camera and or direct talent when needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience creating short-form content (Portfolio required).

• Deep familiarity with TikTok, Reels, and what’s trending, from niche audios to viral formats.

• Ability to ideate quickly and execute efficiently.

• Comfortable balancing creative instincts with brand guidelines.

• Finger firmly on the pulse of internet culture, Gen Z humor, and meme fluency.

• Bonus: Experience with social scripting, lo-fi animation, voiceover work, or on-camera presence.
