Brand Protection Advisor
We're looking for a passionate and dedicated Brand Protection Advisor to join our team! As a key member of our brand protection division, you'll work alongside top clients across various industries, including hospitality, foodservice, and healthcare, to ensure their standards of safety, quality, and guest experience remain top-notch.

What You'll Do:
Conduct brand protection visits to client locations, offering consulting, coaching, and training to ensure clients meet their specific program needs while protecting their brand and delighting guests.
Interact with staff and residents in various client locations, including hotels, restaurants, healthcare facilities, senior living, and more, all while adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
Prepare and present detailed reports on assessment findings, improvements, and recommendations for client leadership.
Collaborate with various teams to address client challenges and provide tailored solutions.
Ensure efficient planning and job execution by utilizing technology like tablets, Microsoft Suite, and CRM tools.
Play an active role in supporting our growth initiatives and helping our clients thrive.
Position Details:
Location: Must reside within commuting distance of Greenville, NC.
Travel: Up to 25% overnight travel.
Flexibility: Occasional evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma and at least 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
Valid Driver's License required.
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. (No immigration sponsorship available).
Physical Demands:
Ability to work in environments with food products, allergens, and potential contact with animal-based items.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical activities, such as climbing and crawling in tight spaces or inspecting high and low areas.
Stand and walk for extended periods at client locations.
Travel to client locations by driving or flying, as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in hospitality, culinary, or business fields.
Multilingual abilities (Spanish and French are preferred).
High-level customer service and consultative skills.
Strong ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and independent work ethic.
