Bilingual Personal Lines Insurance Producer – Tempe, AZ (On-Site)

About the Role:

We are seeking a   Bilingual Personal Lines Insurance Producer   to engage with a diverse client base in Tempe. This role requires strong communication skills in both English and Spanish to support clients and grow business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build relationships and communicate with clients in person, by phone, and online using both English and Spanish.
  

• Identify client insurance needs and recommend appropriate personal lines coverage such as auto, home, and renters insurance.
  

• Generate new business and maintain existing client relationships.
  

• Educate clients on policies, coverage options, and renewals.
  

• Maintain accurate sales and client records.
  

• Collaborate with a supportive sales team.
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Active Arizona Personal Lines Insurance License (Personal Lines Property & Casualty License).
  

• Ability to communicate in both English and Spanish.
  

• Minimum 2 years of experience in personal or commercial insurance sales preferred.
  

• Strong sales, customer service, and organizational skills.
  

• Self-motivated and comfortable with technology.
  

• Availability to work Saturdays.
