We're Hiring: Bar Manager – Join Our Dynamic Restaurant Team! ️

Are you passionate about craft cocktails, great service, and leading a high-energy team? We’re looking for a Bar Manager to join our thriving restaurant and help create an unforgettable guest experience.

Location: Cameron Park, Ca

Schedule: Full-time, evenings and weekends required

What You’ll Do:

Oversee daily bar operations, including inventory, ordering, and staff scheduling
Lead and inspire a team of bartenders and barbacks
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming bar environment
Develop seasonal cocktail menus and ensure consistent quality
Ensure compliance with alcohol regulations and safety standards
Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams for seamless service

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of experience in bar or restaurant management
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Passion for hospitality and a guest-first mindset
Knowledge of spirits, cocktails, beer, and wine
RBS (Responsible Beverage Service) Certification preferred
FHC (Food Handlers Card) Certification required
SHT (Sexual Harassment Prevention Training) Certificate required
