Now Hiring: Bar Manager

Cooper’s Landing – Friendswood, TX

Cooper’s Landing is looking for an experienced and motivated Bar Manager to lead our beverage program and deliver top-tier guest experiences in a fast-paced, coastal-inspired atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily bar operations, staff scheduling, and inventory control
• Hire, train, and manage bartenders and barbacks
• Ensure consistent, high-quality beverage service
• Monitor and maintain proper liquor cost and waste control
• Create and update cocktail menus, seasonal specials, and bar promotions
• Enforce TABC, health, and safety compliance
• Deliver exceptional hospitality and resolve guest concerns quickly
• Collaborate with FOH/BOH teams to drive sales and efficiency

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of bar management or lead bartender experience
• Strong knowledge of spirits, beer, wine, and mixology
• TABC and Food Handler certifications required
• Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Must be available nights, weekends, and holidays
• Passion for hospitality and building a strong, service-driven team
